Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, where applicable. Opened or used personal-care items may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons, except if the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Email opensignwebsites@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s), and a brief reason. We will reply with next steps. Please do not ship items back without written authorization.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return (typically within 5–10 business days of receipt). Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
